1 Corinthians 2 ;14

But a natural man does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually appraised.
Believer Commentary states, “Not only is the gospel divine in its revelation and divine in its inspiration, but now we learn that it can only be received by the power of the Spirit of God. Unaided, the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God. They are foolishness to him. He cannot possibly understand them because they can only be spiritually understood.”
Vance Havner states; “ The wise Christian wastes no time trying to explain God’s program to unregenerate men; it would be casting pearls before swine. He might as well try to describe a sunset to a blind man or discuss nuclear physics with a monument in the city park. The natural man cannot receive such things. One might as well try to catch sunbeams with a fishhook as to lay hold of God’s revelation unassisted by the Holy Spirit. Unless one is born of the Spirit and taught by Him, all this is utterly foreign to him. Being a Ph. D. does not help, for in this realm.”
Even thou the natural man may read and understand the words written on the pages of scriptures; however, they lack the understanding. The deeper thing of God is like the blind leading the blind. Only the Holy Spirit enlightens the minds and hearts tarnished by sin.
They’re unaware of the dangerous path there on they’re ignorance of this fact and the demons keep gospel from them, The demons plan is slowly erode there sense, and keep them from hearing the truth. As Randy Acorn state Lord Foulmouth, “You must not let him see Christi as a place of learning, exploration, duties, travel, companionship, banquets, celebrations, and work. A low view of heaven is our ace in the hole.” They need divine intervention. They need the Holy Spirit to wake them up, and see the precarious and slippery path there on. As scriptures states,” one who was formerly a blasphemer,aa a persecutor, and an arrogant man. But I received mercy because I acted out of ignorance in unbelief. And the grace of our Lord overflowed, along with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus. This saying is trustworthyad and deserving of full acceptance: “Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners”af — and I am the worst of them. But I received mercy for this reason, so that in me, the worst of them, Christ Jesus might demonstrate His extraordinary patience as an example to those who would believe in Him for eternal life. Now to the King eternal, immortal,am invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever.” It these people display God’s love
What is our duty as believer is to Simply Pray for the natural man so they can wake up. and hear the gospel !!!
