One trait that true followers of Christ should have a compassion for the lost sheep who is without shepherd and without hope. Compassion means a feeling of deep sympathy and sorrow for another who is stricken by misfortune, accompanied by a strong desire to alleviate the suffering.
The Greek splanchnizomai means “to have compassion for someone, show compassion.” Mounce’s Complete Expository Dictionary wrote, “This verb carries the idea of being moved in the inner parts of the body. The ancients thought of the inward parts of the body (i.e., the entrails) as being the seat of emotions. In English, we usually refer to the “heart,” but we also talk of a person having “visceral ” feelings; note how true compassion can affect us in the pit of our stomachs.
Splanchnizomai occurs only in the Synoptic Gospels and describes the compassion Jesus had for those he saw in difficulty. Jesus is filled with compassion for those who are without a shepherd Mt 9:36; Mk 6:34
It one thing to have compassion, however, to have zeal without knowledge would have devastating effect on declaring the gospel Or even self righteousness in Jesus day and today who come across as thou they are bettor you. The people outside the church see people inside the church as bunch hypocrite who breaks their own rules. In many ways, they are absolutely right make that claim, We all sinner !!!
The only person can make that claim and committed no sin is Jesus Himself. As scripture declares Jesus became human and chose to live alongside us. He did not come into the world condemn it. He forgave a woman who committed adultery. Where ask her where are the accuser have they condemned you? She said No one, Lord. “Neither do I condemn you, said Jesus. ” Go, and from now on do not sin anymore.”

His being moved with compassion proves him to be the faithful servant of the Father in promoting the salvation of his people, for whose sake he had clothed himself with our flesh.” His teaching gave mankind hope not a burden. As Jesus declared Himself, For My yoke is easy and My burden is light. This message we need to bring to lost is hope or My brother Peter wrote, “Encouraging word to bring gliding tiding from the king and may you bring healing into this broken world.”
Then Jesus said to His disciples, “The harvest is abundant, but the workers are few. 38 Therefore, pray to the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest.”
One greatest burden as missionary either abroad or locality or person who serve God with all hearts, minds and souls especially are burden due great need within the community those reject the gospel or those you do not reach with the gospel.

Matthew Henry wrote,” All that love Christ and souls, should show it by their earnest prayers to God, especially when the harvest is plenteous, that he would send forth more skillful, faithful, wise, and industrious labourers into his harvest; that he would raise up such as he will own in the conversion of sinners and the edification of saints; would give them a spirit for the work, call them to it, and succeed them in it; that he would give them wisdom to win souls.”
Lastly, as much love examining the scriptures where my heart truly lies, and God calls me to be a prayer warrior. Then there will be one flock, one shepherd, 17 This is why the Father loves Me, because I am laying down My life so I may take it up again. Do you get force God lay down for mankind and other not of this fold or they not heard his Voice, yet one day they will hear his Voice and be one flock
