Romans 11

Concerning Romans ; 11:16, 11:26 and 11:32  to understand these verses you heed to read entire chapter 11 which some verses are very difficult to apprehend. The best biblical scholar has a different point of view that offend to create disputes which offend lead into heat debate ,for example. I remember two elders in which I had deep  respected for had a heated discussion concerning 11:11  both of these men are in heaven

All Israel will be saved  sound like all Jewish will people will be saved. Scripture declares all have sinned meaning both the Jews and Gentiles under Adam and Eve curse. In 11:26, 27a The Liberator meaning Christ will come from Zion; He will turn away godlessness from Jacob. And this will be My covenant with them when I take away their sins.  Quoted from Is. 59:20  and Jer. 31:31–34 meaning remnant of Jews would be saved and that believed in the atoning work of Christ . For example, Paul was an Israelite, a descendant of Abraham, from the tribe of Benjamin. Or Apostle Peter uttered these words, “Repent,” Peter said to them, “and be baptized, each of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. Three thousand  Jews were saved and later 5,000 were saved Acts 4; 4.
However, in Acts 1:8 Jesus declared,” you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, in all Judea, and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth. Meaning the Jew and would be part of the salvation plan. In Psalm 19; 4, Their voice has gone out to all the earth, and their words to the ends of the inhabited world. Part reason the church grew because the followers of Christ were persecuted by Jewish leader and they scattered throughout the land of Judea and Samaria preached the gospel they accepted Jesus Lord and Savour. Saul continued to persecuted them, and declared the gospel Gentiles, and accepted the atoning works of Christ  , and when Paul known as Saul encountered Jesus on Damascus Road. Accepted Jesus as Lord and Savour, and mandate to preached the gospel to among the Gentiles.
When they accepted Christ atoning work and their sins were wipe away and now had been grafted found Romans 11:17  according to  Abrahamic Covenant Genesis 17:4  and Romans 4; 10-11. As scriptures declares, “for there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, since the same Lord of all is rich to all who call on Him. 13 For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.
11:32  Sin has imprison all of mankind, and God allows both the Gentiles and Jews live in rebellion short period to demonstrate His grace For example Jesus declared to Simon “A creditor had two debtors. One owed 500 denarii, and the other 50. 42 Since they could not pay it back, he graciously forgave them both. So, which of them will love him more?” Furthermore Jesus stated, Therefore, I tell you, her many sins have been forgiven; that’s why she loved much. But, the one who is forgiven little, loves little.”  Then, He said to her, “Your sins are forgiven.    Since Christ died on the cross for mankind sins and those who believe in His atoning works they no longer will be bound by sin anymore.
Calvin wrote.” That there is nothing in any man why he should be preferred to others, apart from the mere favour of God; and that God in the dispensation of his grace, is under no restraint that he should not grant it to whom he pleases.
There is an emphasis in the word mercy; for it intimates that God is bound to none, and that he therefore saves all freely, for they are all equally lost. But, extremely gross is their folly who hence conclude that all shall be saved; for Paul simply means that both Jews and Gentiles do not otherwise obtain salvation than through the mercy of God, and thus he leaves to none any reason for complaint. It is indeed true that this mercy is without any difference offered to all, but every one must seek it by faith. In short both the Jews and Gentiles without hope if  Christ did not atone mankind sins
In Acts 15 some Judaizers declared to the Gentiles they needed to be circumcised according to the custom prescribed by Moses, you cannot be saved!” Paul and Barnabas had engaged them in serious argument and debate, the church arranged for Paul and Barnabas and some others of them to go up to the apostles and elders in Jerusalem concerning this controversy known as the Jerusalem Council. Where the Apostle Peter and said “Brothers, you are aware that in the early days God made a choice among you, that by my mouth the Gentiles would hear the gospel message and believe.  And God, who knows the heart, testified to them by giving the Holy Spirit, just as He also did to us  He made no distinction between us and them, cleansing their hearts by faith
